Cornerstone Group was originally founded in 1985 by Daniel Heymann, operating under Cornerstone Properties (1985-2021) ostensibly as a residential development company.
Since then, the company has grown and diversified. In 2021, it was decided that the company should undertake a restructuring to streamline its current operations and allow for organic growth.
Cornerstone now operates as Cornerstone Holdings (CPG) LIMITED (T/A Cornerstone Group), a multifaceted development and construction business, combining a contracting arm, enabling us to execute both “in-house” and external projects and focus greater on our client’s needs within each discipline. Cornerstone has gained a respectable reputation for delivering high quality construction projects to the private and public sectors, always with a driving focus on innovation, safety, quality and the environmental impact. The Eco-Stone department is the driver of our sustainable outreach and ensuring we have a minimal environmental impact.
Cornerstone Contracting Ltd
Our construction company provides in-house turnkey project management and construction work. Cornerstone Contracting Ltd operates as its own construction company working directly for Group and private clients.
Contracting (previously Properties) has a vast track record working on residential and commercial properties, some of the most renowned being a more than 30-year relationship with All England Lawn Tennis Club (Wimbledon) and the O2 Arena (previously Millennium Dome). Cornerstone Contracting, in the last year, has completed various new build homes, varying residential projects, and numerous works on Locally Listed Carlton Mansions and London’s latest new build Theatre, Brixton House for Galliford Try PLC
Cornerstone Properties
Founded as a property development company, Cornerstone Properties has traded for more than 35 years focusing on acquiring land and sites, for new build dwellings or commercial to residential conversions. Cornerstone Properties also consults with other companies and individuals on potential acquisitions and sites.
Cornerstone Properties is set up and achieves a good track record with, 3rd parties undertaking Joint Venture projects together in a collaborative approach. Within Cornerstone Properties, we run a property management division to service our own properties and those we have completed for clients.
