Currently with each project, Cornerstone are committed to implementing a Project Environmental Plan and Site Waste Management Plan. This ensures that the procedures put into place are effective, accurate, economical, and sustainable.
A long-term goal for Eco-Stone is to recycle all our aggregates in house and treat waste as a resource. This involves reprocessing materials that have originally used in construction. This process will ultimately aid the construction industry to lower its emissions and reduce the impact on the environment due to reduced gravel mining.
Aggregate recycling ultimately reduces the amount of landfill which helps drive the sustainable future of construction while also providing a more sustainable, lower cost and higher quality product. We aim to produce recycled aggregate products that conform to the requirements for BREEAM Environmental Accreditation.
